FAQ
Discovery is the preparatory stage before development, where we analyze the idea, business goals, market, and future product functionality. At this stage, we define wireframes, user flows, the technical vision, estimated budget, timelines, and a product roadmap. Discovery helps clarify what exactly needs to be built before development starts, reduces chaos during the process, and lowers the risk of unnecessary costs.
An MVP is a minimum viable product that includes only the core features needed to launch, test the idea, and get first feedback from users. A finished product is a more advanced solution with extended functionality, additional modules, integrations, scalable architecture, and room for further growth. In simple terms, an MVP helps you enter the market quickly and validate the concept, while a full product is built for long-term scaling.
The fixed budget includes the agreed scope of work defined before the project starts: requirements analysis, planning, design, development, basic integrations, testing, deployment, and final delivery of the solution. Before the project begins, we clearly define the functionality, stages, timelines, and cost so the client understands exactly what is included. If new requests appear outside the approved scope, they are estimated separately.
